Northern Arizona Projects grew from two complementary local businesses into one landscaping and property care company built around direct, practical service.
The agreement
Combining the strengths of two local businesses.
Jared Farney launched Northern Arizona Projects in March 2025, then connected with Aaron Ward of The True Vine Landscaping.
Their customers needed overlapping services. Their working styles fit. They signed an agreement that brought crews, experience, and complementary skills under one name.
Today, the company handles ongoing property care, irrigation, acreage work, vegetation management, repairs, and outdoor improvements across the Prescott area.

Jared Farney
Jared is an Arizona native. He joined the Army at 17 and, after his service, spent a season doing wildland firefighting before starting Northern Arizona Projects.
He has called Chino Valley home since 2024, where he keeps goats and chickens. The discipline and attention to detail from his military and firefighting background carry into how he runs the business.

Aaron Ward
Aaron is a Chino Valley local, husband, and father who lives the Northern Arizona life on acreage with horses, a dog, chickens, and turkeys.
He started in landscaping young and values honest, hands-on work. He believes in showing up, treating people right, and doing the job as he would want it done at his own home.
